Before You Enquire

How quickly will you respond to my enquiry? +
Every enquiry receives a personal response within 24 hours, Monday–Saturday. On Sundays, WhatsApp is the fastest channel. We do not use auto-responders — your enquiry is read by a safari specialist.
Do I need to know exactly what I want before contacting you? +
Absolutely not. Many of our best safaris began with a client saying "I want to go to Africa but I don't know where to start." We will ask you a few questions and build from there. Vague is fine.
What's the minimum booking lead time? +
We recommend 3–6 months for peak season (June–October) and for safaris involving gorilla permits, which must be booked far in advance. We can sometimes accommodate shorter lead times — contact us and we'll tell you honestly what's achievable.
Are your prices truly all-inclusive? +
Yes. Every Laweliya quote includes accommodation, all meals, game drives, guide, park fees, and transfers between destinations. We will tell you exactly what is excluded (typically international flights, gratuities, and personal purchases) in the first quote.
Can I add a Zanzibar beach extension to a safari? +
Almost always yes. Zanzibar is 90 minutes by flight from Arusha or Kilimanjaro. We build many safaris with a Zanzibar finale — typically 4–6 days after the wildlife portion.
Do you cater for solo travellers? +
Yes. Solo travellers are welcome on all Laweliya safaris. You will have a private vehicle and guide. We are transparent about the solo supplement and work hard to minimise it.
What happens if something goes wrong during our safari? +
You will have a direct WhatsApp contact for your dedicated Laweliya specialist throughout your trip. For genuine emergencies, our 24-hour line is always answered by a person in East Africa, not a call centre.
